At Saint Lukes we believe specific vineyard micro-climates within the Marlborough region produce unique grapes that provide mouth watering flavors. Graeme McLean a practitioner to the notion "Flavor Farming " employs this concept to all vineyard management through out our properties and allows Saint Lukes to produce a distinctive Spring Creek (Wairau Valley) and Blind River (Awatere Valley) Sauvignon Blanc.
